this is MetaCon v.2.0. i reworked several parts of it and made at least ~20 small and big changes. so i hope you like it! 
maybe it is a little bit too dark, but for me it is ok . in the last version the eq-bars were too dominant so i darkened them to bring more hormony to this skin. i also tried to "fill" each element with some structure, because some mentioned that it was a little bit "empty". the other changes are described in the readme file.
* i would be happy if you could give me some feedback about MetaCon v.2.0. maybe you know something i could have done better or you can give me some new ideas what fits better to this skin.

Very nice dark skin. I like the tone and the details very much. Especially the fan in the EQ. Excellent effect. It really looks like fan in motion. I guess you've used some textures from the game 'Quake III Arena', correct?
